On June 12, Prof. Joan E Haase (School of Nursing, Indiana University) visited the University of Tokyo Hospital. After meeting with the Chieko Komiyama, Vice President, UTokyo Hospital/Director of Nursing Department, she observed many departments of the hospital including a newly established clinical training room, guided by Michiyo Matsuda, Vice Director of Nursing Department. She showed much interest and was engaged in active discussion.
