We had final lectures in the four-part series in April 22th. After each seminar, certificates were given to the seminar completed participants. In the morning, young researchers discussed and summarized their own research papers actively.

In the afternoon, researchers learnt assertive communications & appropriate leaderships through situational thinking, and shared their leadership plans.
